RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Today will be another soggy day in RVA! This won’t be just the light stuff either, so you’ll thank yourself if you take the extra time to find your umbrella this morning.
We’re starting off with rain this morning, but this round is lifting northeast. We’ll see a bit of a break in the activity late morning through early afternoon, but storms will regenerate this afternoon as a cold front approaches. After 3 p.m., some of these storms could be strong with gusty winds. Highs will top out in the mid 80s. Rain and storms are with us this evening until around midnight, with clearing after. Tonight’s low will be near 68.
Sunshine finally returns tomorrow with a high of 86.
Thursday through Saturday we’ll see sunny skies with temperatures warming up slightly at the end of the week.
By Saturday we’ll be near 90. Sunday stays in the upper 80s with partly cloudy skies.
Monday and Tuesday also look dry with highs near 90.
