HENRICO, Va. (WRIC) — A man was charged with animal cruelty after leaving a dog in his car for an unknown amount on Friday, August 14.
Police say Brian Reed was charged with one count of cruelty to animals for leaving a dog in his vehicle in the 300 block of Hanover Road.
The dog was in distress and needed medical attention, authorities say.
