RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A mother was arrested and charged with three counts of abuse/neglect from an incident that occurred in the 200 block of Engleside Circle on July 10.
According to police, Raiesha Jones left three male children home alone who are all under the age of 10.
How long the children were left alone in the home has not been released yet.
