A showery weather pattern is going to be on tap for the area until we see a cold front pass off the coastline on Friday morning. Tonight we will have showers around early this evening, and then they will fade out leaving us with mostly cloudy skies and lows in the upper 60s and lower 70s. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. This will be day with the best chance of rain in the area. Highs will only be in the middle 80s.
Thursday, ahead of the approaching cold front, skies will be partly sunny. That will be enough to warm us up to near 90. Thunderstorms will be on tap with the front coming by, and could continue on Friday with the front hanging up near the bay.
The weekend looks great with highs in the mid 80s and lows in the middle 60s. Another chance of showers is on tap Monday night into Tuesday.
