HENRICO, Va. (WRIC) — A tractor trailer accident is causing major delays on Interstate 295 north.
All northbound lanes were closed on I-295 as crews continued cleanup. The right lane has since reopened. The left lane remains closed for cleanup.
Drivers should continue to expect delays.
