HOVER CO., Va. (WRIC) — Traffic is backed up 10 miles on I-95 south in Hanover County due to four separate accidents.
All four accidents occurred in the vicinity of mile marker 88.
At mile marker 89.1, the south left shoulder, left lane and center lane are closed.
