PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — Police are searching for a Dinwiddie man who has first degree murder and firearm warrants.
44-year-old Dwayne Dominic Hines is wanted for his involvement in the death of 27-year-old Lawrence Johnson that occurred on Tuesday in Petersburg.
Hines is described as 5’11”, 245 pounds with a bald head. He has a full half beard that is black mixed with a heavy amount of gray, has brown eyes, but he has dark spots in the whites of his eyes, especially in the left eye.
