BON AIR, VA, (WRIC) — Plans are moving forward for new development in Bon Air.
The historic neighborhood wants to keep up with the times, but doesn’t want to lose its quaint identity.
On Tuesday night, the Chesterfield County planning commission recommended approval of plan.
“We have revised the graphics,” Joanne Simmelink, senior planner, explained. “I think what gave people concerns was the visuals. So we’ve edited the graphics to reflect the walk able village environment the plan envisions for the future of Bon Air.
