RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Team USA won gold and silver in the first national federation event of the 2015 UCI Road World Cycling Championships Monday morning.
Chloe Dygert came in first and Emma White came in second in the Women’s Junior Individual Time Trial.
The Men’s 23 and Under Individual Time Trial was also contested. A Danish rider won that event, and the highest finished by a member of Team USA was ninth.
