PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) – Petersburg Police arrested 34-year-old Marcus Lee Harris Thursday in connection with the Wednesday murder of 51-year-old Thomas Lee Williams.
Williams was found dead shortly after 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday by police on the 1200 block of High Pearl Street.
Harris is being held at Riverside Regional Jail without bond.
