RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond Police are on scene investigating a shooting at the Family Dollar in the 5600 block of Hull Street Road.
Police tell us the shooting happened shortly after 6 p.m. Tuesday. When police arrived they found a male suffering from multiple gun shot wounds.
Captain Goins with Richmond Police tells 8News that the shooting seems to have stemmed from a fight that occurred outside in the parking lot.
The victim was transported to an area hospital with life threatening injuries. Police are still canvassing the area and say that the suspect, a unidentified male, is still at large.
