RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond Zombie Walk can be a scary but cool event.
The participants make their way around the city streets and shopping malls dressed in full zombie attire and makeup.
Don’t worry, the zombies will not touch you and if you don’t want to be scared they will leave you alone.
- When: Saturday, October 24. the walk will begin at 2 p.m.
- Where: The walk will depart from 2901 W Cary St, Richmond, Va.
SATURDAY
Scotts Addition Pumpkin Festival
- Enjoy music, food, and a whole lot of fun at this “fall party.” Dogs are welcomed to the festival, but must be on a leash. Be sure to bring a doggy bag to help clean up any messes your pooch leaves behind.
- When: Saturday, October 24 from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
- Where: The Boulevard-on Leigh Street (by Movieland Theater) to Broad Street.
- How much: Free admission but you will have to purchase food and drink
SUNDAY
University of Richmond’s Trick or Treat Street
- This kid friendly event is returning to the University of Richmond. There will be food from Firehouse BBQ food truck, a bounce house, straw mazes, and other Halloween themed activities.
- When: Sunday, October 25 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Where: The event takes place on Westhampton Green on Keller Road, which is off of College Road. Parking will be available on Crenshaw Way, outside the Jepson Alumni Center.
