Lugo was last seen with a person named Ernie or Chris who is wheelchair bound. Lugo has high blood pressure and took medication with her. Lugo walks unsteadily and also suffers from depression.
Lugo has a small scar on her face and wears glasses. It is unknown what Lugo is wearing and unknown what else she took with her.
