RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A storm lifting northward through the Midwest will drag a warm front through the area tomorrow and set us up for a warm and showery day.

Tuesday will continue to be rainy, but it will be a steady and reasonably light rain. Overnight as winds start to come around to the south, so that when you wake up in the morning, temperatures will be near 60 east of I-95 and in the 50s to the west.

Wednesday will be rainy in the morning, and then as the warm lifts north through the area it will turn more showery. Highs in the afternoon for many of us will climb into the lower to middle 70s. Ahead of the cold front on Wednesday evening, we will have showers and possible squalls until around midnight. So there could be some gusty winds in the area. Lows will be in the upper 50s and lower 60s.

Thursday will be partly cloudy and a little breezy with highs in the middle 70s. Sunshine is on tap for Friday and Saturday. Lows will be in the 40s and highs in the 60s. For Trick or Treat, temperatures will be in the lower to mid 50s. Remember sunset is right during the time the little ones will be out and about, so use extra caution on the roads in area neighborhoods since the little ghosts and goblins won’t.

Another storm looks to develop over the southwest and possibly head in our direction for early next week. Clouds start to return on Sunday (Remember to set the clocks back an hour Saturday night/Sunday morning). Rain could arrive on Sunday night, but right now it looks more like Monday is the best chance for rain early next week.
