RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Hopewell Blue Devils won their fourth straight game last Friday, shutting out Mataoca 37-0.
The Blue Devils are currently 2nd in the 3A East State Playoff standings, and are top seed of their conference 26/28 group.
