ASHLAND, Va. (WRIC) — Two people are recovering after being hit by a vehicle while walking Saturday in Ashland.
Police say the incident occurred around 6:45 p.m. at the intersection of North Washington Highway and Caroline Street.
The victims are expected to recover.
Police are still investigating.
