RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — An investigation is underway after two toddlers were found alone at a Richmond construction site.
A woman spotted the pair Sunday morning playing in a mud puddle on Bliley Road near Forest Hill Avenue, the Richmond Police Department confirmed to 8News. She called authorities, who were eventually able to find the parents of the children.
At this time, no charges have been filed. Child Protective Services is looking into the incident.
