RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A 91-year-old Richmond man who was missing for several days has been found.
After receiving a call about the possible whereabouts of 91-year-old Melvin C. Bolling, 8News referred the caller to Richmond police. Police then told 8News it was the women’s tip, who said she often sees Bolling in the area around City Hall, that led to authorities locating Bolling.
