PRINCE GEORGE, Va. (WRIC) — Prince George County Police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred early Sunday morning in the 11000 block of Centennial Road.
Police say the vehicle ran off the road and striking several trees.
The passenger, 40-year-old Earl Roberts Jr., was pronounced dead a the scene after being ejected from the vehicle. The driver, 23-year-old Joshua Underwood, has minor injuries.
Underwood has been charged with DUI, and may face additional charges once the investigation is complete.
