HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A man arrested and charged for allegedly taking photos up women’s skirts in Henrico is now facing two news charges for possession of child pornography.
After Stephen Ryan Lewis was arrested in July, police say they discovered the child porn on his electronic devices.
Henrico Police observed Lewis taking photos under a victim’s skirt at the 7-Eleven in the Tuckahoe Shopping Center on North Ridge Road. His victims included one woman under the age of 18 and another over 18.
Lewis was taken into custody and charged with one felony count of unlawful creation of an image of another and one misdemeanor count of unlawful creation of an image of another.
