Partially blind Hanover woman missing since Sunday in need of medication

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance in locating a missing 27-year-old female with a seizure disorder.

Jessica Lynn Houser was last seen by family members on Sunday, November 29 at around 8:00 p.m. She is a described as a white female, 5 foot 5 inches tall, 165 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.

Houser suffers from a seizure disorder, which can be severe if she does not receive daily medication. She has been without her medication since Sunday. She was last seen wearing grey pants, black shoes, and a grey coat with fur on it. She has shoulder length blonde hair, and is blind in her left eye.

Investigators have determined that Houser was in the area of Pole Green Road and Bell Creek Road in Hanover County. She was seen on video surveillance at the Bell Creek 7-11 around 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 29.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office at (804) 365-6140 or the Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637 (CRIMES), using the keyword “iTip” followed by their tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
