(WOOD)— Printing presses are in overtime, after an error made it to the cover of the newest Sports Illustrated magazine featuring Michigan State University’s football coach.
The Dec. 24, 2015 edition is titled “The case for Michigan State | How Mike Dantonio rebuilt the Spartans.”

The 12-1 Spartans’ coach is actually Mark Dantonio.
Sports fans who spotted the mistake quickly took to Twitter.
“Waiting for a comment from @jemelehill on the “Mike” Dantonio @SInow cover. #Disrespect #Spartans,” Nick Scarltelli tweeted Thursday afternoon.
Mike Rosenberg, who wrote the article mentioned on the cover, also turned to Twitter for damage control.
“Our fault. We’re re-printing. As you might imagine, I don’t write or see covers before printing … the story has it correct,” he repeatedly replied Thursday.
