HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) A car crashed right through the window of a Chipotle restaurant in Henrico County with customers still inside. It all happened near Virginia Center Commons on Sunday night.

The suspect, Dawn Margaret Carter, fled the scene; however a nearby witness followed the vehicle and was able to alert police. Officers were able to stop the vehicle and conducted an investigation, which resulted in the driver charged with driving under the influence (second charge within five years), and felony hit and run.
