RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A man is in custody after he crashed his vehicle into an apartment complex in Richmond’s southside Tuesday night.
The crash occurred at the Park at Forest Hill apartments at the intersection of Forest Hill Avenue and Roanoke Street.
