PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — The Petersburg man accused of abducting is 4-year-old daughter back in April is due in court Thursday.
Phillip Ketter is charged with abduction by a parent.
An AMBER Alert was issued back in April for Kaleya Ketter. She was later found safe in North Carolina.
His court hearing is set for 10:45 a.m.
