HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — One person was hospitalized after a car crashed into a home in the Varina area of Henrico County Tuesday night.
Shortly before 9 p.m., police say a vehicle traveling in the 1100 block of New Market Road (Route 5) left the roadway and struck a home. The driver was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. Police told 8News that none of the three residents who were inside the home when the incident occurred were injured.
The accident remains under investigation. Charges are pending against the driver.
