HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Hanover County Sheriff’s deputies arrested four suspects believed to be involved in a series of mail larcenies.
Authorities say that Marcus Manley, 28, Ahjuwon Owens, 30, Cecil Johnson, 31, and Antoine Ackin, 31, all from North Carolina, were all charged with multiple counts of petit larceny, grand larceny and possession of stolen bank notes in connection to the Hanover County Air Park larcenies.
Owens, Johnson and Ackin are currently being held at the Pamunkey Regional Jail in Hanover County.
The larcenies occurred during the evening hours of January 14. As of this date, 10 victims have been identified in Hanover County. Investigators continue to work diligently to recover stolen mail, identify additional victims in Hanover County, and assist the United States Postal Inspection Service with identifying victims from Maryland to North Carolina.

More importantly, I’m pleased that we are able to stop these crimes while they were in progress.
