RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A Richmond School Board member appeared in court Tuesday after being cited for driving past a school bus while it stopped on June 19.
Tichi Pinkney-Eppes was fined $25, but she is appealing.
The next court hearing is set for September 10 at 9 a.m.
