HENRICO, Va. (WRIC) — Police have arrested a suspect accused of being a peeping Tom.
20-year-old Saevonne Shyquille Brown was arrested Monday night for allegedly peeping into apartments at a complex at Broad and Hungary Springs.
Police have had three complaints about a peeping Tom since June 29.
