(WRIC) — Two security breaches happened Friday in Washington D.C.
A man was taken into custody on Friday morning for crashing a vehicle into a barricade at the U.S. Capitol.
Streets were temporarily shut down due to the crash.
On Friday night another incident occurred. A woman allegedly tried to jump over a bike rack in front of the White House.
She didn’t get very far, but it was enough of a scare to trigger a lockdown at the White House.
Officers immediately took her down and into custody. She has been charged with unlawful entry.
