(WRIC) — A little girl who has cancer celebrated her birthday with a party designed to be a prom, wedding, and birthday party.

The idea to throw this huge party came after Lila May Schow’s parents found out they were out of options when it came to treating Lila’s cancer.

Lila’s father, Ryan Schow, told ABC News that the Lila has gone through grueling treatments for the last few years. She was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma at 2-years-old.

“She’s been fighting ever since,” said Schow. “It’s been 3 years, well over nine surgeries…numerous chemo-therapies.”

Her father and mother had the party on July 31 to celebrate Lila’s life.

Hundred’s of people replied to Facebook post of Lila’s “Cinderella” themed party

“We had an incredible outpouring in the community and pretty much in all over the state,” said Schow.

There was an appearance by special bakers from the Food Channel and a horse drawn carriage was donated that brought Lila in for her grand entrance to the party.

Hundreds of people came out to celebrate Lila.

When asked about her favorite part of the party Lila said it was when ” [her]  daddy cried b/c he was so happy” following their father/daughter dance and all of the princesses that came.
