HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A Richmond man previously convicted for unlawfully filming another person has been charged again after allegedly attempting to take pictures up a woman’s dress in Henrico.

Police say it happened on August 6 in the 1600 block of Willow Lawn Drive. According to authorities, the victim observed 30-year-old Jonathan Terry Hanning on his hands and knees attempting to photograph underneath her dress.

Hanning was detained by management until police arrived.  He was banned from the property and charged with unlawful filming and trespassing.

Hanning, of the 4800 block of West Grace St. in Richmond, has three convictions from September 2011 in Henrico District Court for similar crimes including filming a non-consented nude person and two convictions for unlawfully filming another person.

Hanning is due back in court on August 21.
