PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — Friends will gather today to remember the 25-year-old Petersburg woman killed after her motorcycle collided with a car on I-95 last week.
State police say a car slid off the road, hit a guardrail, then crossed back onto the interstate, hitting Katoria Spellman.
Friends are holding a vigil for her at 6 p.m. Monday at Poplar Lawn Park in Petersburg.
