Henrico, Va (WRIC) – While conducting a DUI checkpoint near the Willy Bridge Saturday night Henrico Police Officers observed Thomas Brian Newby driving a stolen vehicle. Police attempted to stop Mr. Newby but the suspect fled from the police.
Officers pursued Mr. Newby and apprehended him a short time later. Mr. Newby was charged with Possession of Stolen Property, Eluding the police, and driving offenses.
