RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — When police arrived to a vehicle crash Sunday in the intersection of Hungary Spring and West Broad Street, one of the occupants fled on foot.
Officers found the man and determined Jose Roberto Argueta was the other driver.
After running Argueta’s information from his North Carolina identification card, the card control number belonged to a deceased female.
Argueta was under the influence when approached by police. He was charged with DUI, hit and run, identity fraud, no operators license, and fail to obey a red light.
