NOTTOWAY, Va. (WRIC) — A major water main break is prompting officials to shut down Nottoway County Public Schools early on Thursday.
Schools are releasing students at 11:30 a.m. They will be driven home via school buses as they normally are at the end of each school day.
Officials say an emergency alert was sent out to parents to notify them of the early emergency closure.
