Skies clear out overnight, but it will be muggy. Lows are in the mid to upper 60s. Tomorrow features sunny skies with a hot and humid high of 91.

Thursday will still be hot with scattered storms and a high of 89. Friday will bring relief from the heat and humidity, with highs in the mid 80s.
I don’t foresee a washout for the Friday evening NASCAR race, but there may be a rain delay. Come Saturday, we’ll clear and dry out and drop temperatures to where we should be in early September—low to mid 80s. We’ll see mostly to partly sunny and dry skies. Perfect for the Federated Auto Parts 400. Sunday brings about more storm chances with highs in the low 80s. The temperature trend does look to stay in the lower 80s for a while.
