RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Well we are not shaping up to see the best weather this week at all.
As the overall weather pattern is pretty stagnant with minor weather systems sliding in and stalling out over or near us. Today will feature mainly cloudy skies with highs near 80. Showers will develop later this afternoon and last into the evening. We will be mostly cloudy tonight with lows in the upper 60s.
Cloudy skies will remain on Tuesday with light to steady rain developing. The heaviest of the rain will be north and west of Metro Richmond. Highs on Tuesday will be in the lower 80s.
More showers are possible on Wednesday with highs in the upper 70s.
Thursday could be a dry day but still mostly cloudy with highs in the upper 60s.
Another shot of rain is possible on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.
There are signs that we could finally see our skies clear out by Sunday Morning.
