HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A man charged with murder in Henrico was acquitted on Wednesday.
Ramann Harris was charged in July with first degree murder in the death of David Agurs. Agurs was found shot to death on Art Avenue in May.
Harris was found not guilty Wednesday afternoon in Henrico Circuit Court. He was acquitted on all charges including first degree murder.

Daisha Woodruff was also charged with second degree murder in connection to the case. Her charge had been previously amended to accessory after the fact, which is a misdemeanor. On Thursday morning, Woodruff had her charge nolle prosequi, meaning the charge was dropped but could be brought back to court at any time.
