RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Mostly cloudy skies will be over central Virginia today thanks to the remnant rains from Patricia that are sitting over the deep south.
These clouds will spill into the region throughout the day but the rain will stay away. The clouds and the north wind will make for a cooler day with highs in the middle 60s. Clouds will thicken tonight with lows in the upper 40s.
Showers will develop during Tuesday with highs in the middle to upper 50s. Rain will continue for Tuesday night and into Wednesday. We could see between and ½” to 1” of rain across the region, when its all said and done.
Partly sunny skies will return on Thursday with highs in the lower 70s.
Friday and Saturday will be sunny and pleasant with highs in the middle 60s.
Clouds will roll back in on Sunday ahead of our next weather system with more rain for Monday.
