RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Emergency crews are on the scene of a house fire on Richmond’s southside.
Firefighters were called to the scene at 1211 McDonough Street around 1:43 a.m. They arrived on scene two minutes later to heavy smoke coming from the rear of the house.
The blaze was marked under control by 2:19 a.m.
Officials say one person was treated on scene after suffering minor burns to the forehead.
Four males were displaced by the fire. The Red Cross is assisting them.
