CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — An inmate on the Chesterfield County Jail’s work release program failed to return to jail from work release on Sunday.
21-year-old Stephen Andrew Martin was serving a 20-month sentence for a nonviolent statutory burglary charge.
Police are investigating Martin’s whereabouts.
