RICHMOND, VA (WRIC) – Virginia State Police were on scene of a single vehicle fatal crash I-64 eastbound at the 190 mile marker in The city of Richmond around 4:39 am Sunday morning.
Police officials say the vehicle went over a guard rail (bridge) and down about 60 feet to the bottom of a ravine. Two individuals were in the vehicle, one died at the scene, one was transported to MCV with serious injuries.
Police have not yet released the name of the deceased, pending next of kin notification.
