CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Officials say the teen involved in a crash with a Caroline County school bus that sent 28 students to the hospital last week has been charged with failure to yield the right of way.
According to the Caroline County Sheriff Tony Lippa, the crash occurred after a student driving an SUV tried to beat the bus across an intersection but instead struck it, causing the bus to overturn.
