CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Chesterfield fire officials are continuing to press the public for information after a suspicious fire behind a local library.
On Thursday, Crime Solvers posted on Facebook a new video of the fire.
Crews responded Saturday at 9:59 p.m. to 325 Courthouse Road for the report of a fire behind the Reams Gordon library. Fire crews arrived on scene to find large sections of plastic corrugated piping behind the library on fire. The fire was so intense that two rear windows of the library, which is currently under construction, shattered due to the heat.
