RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The holiday travel weekend is off to a rough start as multiple crashes have been reported in the area Wednesday, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
- On I-95 at mile marker 94.3 in Hanover County, motorists can expect major delays due to a multi-vehicle accident. The south left shoulder is closed. Traffic backups are approximately 7.0 miles.
- The right lane of Chippenham Pkwy/Rt. 150 north remains closed near Midlothian Tnpk/Rt. 60 due to multiple crashes. Drivers are encouraged to use an alternate route. Expect delays.
