RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A local family has put together quite a show for the holidays.
The Rosedale Christmas Light display can be seen from 6 to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday at 1925 W Laburnum Avenue in Richmond.
There are 91,000 lights and 173 props within the show which are all in sync with radio station 89.3FM.
The homeowners ask that you please park across the street from the light show on the westbound side of Laburnum Avenue for the best view of the show.
We request that you do not park directly in front of the house as you will block the view of the lights for those who are parked across the street. Parking in front of the house will also limit your view of the lights and detract from the full effects of the show. There are signs to this effect and a reminder is also in the broadcast announcement.
While parked, we ask that you dim your headlights to your parking lights for safety and out of courtesy for those parked in front of you. Remember to turn your lights back on when you leave and use caution when pulling back onto Laburnum Ave.
