RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A Petersburg man has been arrested by Richmond police in connection with the homicide of Rolando Salas that occurred in early November.
26-year-old Johnathan P. Moseley, of the 4600 block of Keithwood Drive in Petersburg, was arrested and charged Monday morning with conspiracy to commit murder.
On November 10, officers responded to the 1400 block of Talbert Drive for a report of shots fired. That is where police discovered the body of 30-year-old Salas lying on the side of the roadway. It appeared he had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
