RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond Police announced Monday that they have arrested the man who stole packages from area porches earlier this month.
On December 2, police say the suspect was captured on home security video taking packages from a porch in the lower Randolph area of the city.
The suspect was later identified as Paul Fox, Jr. and arrested on Monday.
