HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Hanover County police is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 15-year-old girl who was reported missing on Monday.
Police say Jasmine Nicole Keefer was reported missing from her residence in Mechanicsville.
Keefer may be wearing a grey hoodie sweatshirt, khaki pants and black Keds shoes. She is possibly carrying a black backpack with a galaxy scene printed on the rear of the bag. She also has two tattoos. One of a heart on her upper left cest and one of a skull on her left middle finger. She was last seen with a stud piercing on the left side of her nose and two hoop rings on her lips.
Police say Keefer is considered a runaway, but is possibly endangered due to her age and a medical condition.
